Audio Engineering Service Procedure
Customers can send us their required service plan, requirements, and additional services through the online self-service application form.
After receiving the form, we will contact the customer within 24 hours via their preferred contact method to confirm the event details and requirements.
Once both parties confirm the details, we will prepare a detailed quotation in duplicate. The quotation will clearly list the service plan content and additional services required by the customer, along with the charges for each service, protecting the rights of both parties.
After both parties confirm the quotation is correct, the customer must pay 50% of the quotation amount as a deposit. Once the deposit is received, it is non-refundable. If the event needs to be rescheduled, at least 2 weeks' notice must be given to facilitate arrangements. If less than 2 weeks' notice is given for rescheduling or cancellation, an additional 10% of the quotation amount must be paid as a service termination fee. If cancellation occurs on the day before or on the day of the event, the remaining balance of the full quotation amount must be paid.
Arrive at the event venue at least 1 hour before the event to reconfirm the day's event schedule with the customer and set up equipment according to the site survey arrangements.
