- You must register as a member before using the self-service booking system.
- Select your preferred timeslot and payment method (supports Apple Pay, Google Pay, Credit Card, Debit Card, and FPS payment)
- After booking, we will notify you of the booking status via email and WhatsApp
- Except in emergencies, all confirmed bookings cannot be cancelled or amended, and the rental fee for the booked timeslot will be charged accordingly
- Definition of Emergency: Sudden illness, accident, family emergency, natural disaster, or other force majeure events affecting the scheduled plan

- Equipment Usage:
Users must use the equipment in the Band Room properly; any damage must be compensated at cost
Unauthorized disassembly or moving of any equipment is strictly prohibited
Please do not damage any items in the room, including decorations, interior fittings, furniture, and electrical appliances. Any damage must be compensated at cost
All items in the room are the property of HellHelp Limited. Please do not take any items away, otherwise it will be treated as theft - Personal Property Disclaimer:
Please take care of your personal belongings. HellHelp Limited shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage - Volume Control:
Users must adjust the volume carefully to avoid pushing it too high, which causes distortion and damages the speakers, affecting sound quality - Cleaning and Tidying:
Please keep the room clean and tidy, clear away trash, and return equipment to its original position
Smoking, eating, and drinking are strictly prohibited in the Band Room - Prohibited Behavior:
Illegal activities or any unauthorized commercial use in the Band Room are strictly prohibited
Pets are strictly prohibited in the Band Room
In case of severe overtime, additional fees will be automatically calculated - Security and Liability Disclaimer:
A 24-hour CCTV monitoring system is installed in the studio for security purposes; recordings will not be disclosed to third parties
If you have any disputes, HellHelp Limited reserves the right of final decision

Biscuits, refrigerated drinks, and mineral water provided on-site are for purchase. Please pay according to the price list; do not take unpaid items out of the venue, violators will be prosecuted
Guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks into the lounge - Cleaning, Restoration, and Handover:
Please keep the room clean and tidy, clear away trash, and restore the venue to its original state before leaving
Please be sure to notify the staff before leaving; staff will inspect the venue and turn off electrical appliances
If negligence leads to severe staining or damage to the venue (such as spilled drinks, vomiting, etc.), an additional special cleaning fee will be charged depending on the situation
