Live Streaming Service Procedure
Customers can send us their required service plan, requirements, and additional services through the online self-service application form.
After receiving the form, we will contact the customer within 24 hours via their preferred contact method to confirm the event details and requirements.
Once both parties confirm the details, we will prepare a detailed quotation in duplicate. The quotation will clearly list the service plan content and additional services required by the customer, along with the charges for each service, protecting the rights of both parties.
After both parties confirm the quotation is correct, the client must pay 50% of the quoted amount as a deposit. Once the deposit is received, it is non-refundable. If the event needs to be rescheduled, at least 2 weeks' notice is required for arrangements.
We will arrive at the client's designated live streaming venue 1-2 weeks in advance for a site survey, including testing the venue's network speed, planning camera positions, determining equipment setup areas, and arranging cable routing to ensure a smooth process on the event day.
Arrive at the event venue at least 1 hour before the event to reconfirm the day's event schedule with the client, and proceed with equipment setup and camera positioning as planned during the site survey.
